County Republican Leadership
CJ Westfall
Chairman of the Dorchester County Republican Party
CJ Westfall, a devoted father to Reagan and Jaxson and husband-to-be to fiancée Meredith Noah, has built a robust career in campaign management across South Carolina and beyond. As a small business owner, he honed his skills in digital marketing and communications, applying his expertise to elevate businesses, candidates, and causes. Having managed campaigns and served as a digital consultant, CJ achieved notable success in electing Conservatives and securing upset victories. Now, as Chairman of the Dorchester County Republican Party (DCRP) and the Greater Charleston Young Republicans, he leads with the same passion and strategic vision that defined his career.
CJ pursued the DCRP Chairmanship driven by a commitment to unity, inspired by President Trump’s “big tent” philosophy. He works to broaden the party’s reach, deepen community ties through service, and enhance messaging with innovative communication strategies. Focused on electoral success, CJ champions radical transparency and inclusivity, fostering a stronger, more united Dorchester County Republican Party.

Over the years, he has worked on campaigns and PACs for conservative Republicans across the country, from city councils to US Senate, as well as issue-advocacy groups defending the free market, and our right to bear arms.
Since relocating to the Lowcountry from Las Vegas in 2021, it has been Brady's honor to serve as your Second Vice Chairman since 2023. His wife, Emily, also serves as DCRP Secretary. Brady's primary motivation for serving in this role is to help party members channel their passion into effective activism that will advance our conservative principles!
Rhonda Pereira
Third Vice Chair
Rhonda has resided in Dorchester County for over 20 years, where she, her husband Chris, and their two children have made their home. Guided by faith, family, and freedom, these values have shaped her life and career. Raised in a family dedicated to serving others, Rhonda transitioned from the private sector to a 26-year career as a federal law enforcement officer. She retired early due to the mandatory COVID vaccination requirement for federal employees and shifted her focus to supporting fellow Republicans running for office, promoting the growth of the party and its platform, and educating others to advance conservative principles.
One of Rhonda’s most fulfilling accomplishments has been her service on the Dorchester County Greenbelt Commission. In this role, she has worked to preserve and protect the county’s natural resource greenspace, as well as areas of heritage and agricultural value, ensuring these treasures benefit both current and future generations. Her motivation is rooted in a deep commitment to improving the quality of life for all Dorchester County residents.
